Ji Liancheng (1958 -), Lieutenant General (retired) and political affairs officer of the Army of the Republic of China, was born in Taiwan and his native place is Daxing County, Hebei Province (now Daxing District, Beijing). He currently serves as a political affairs committee member of the Executive Yuan, executive secretary of the Presidential Office’s Social Defense Resilience Committee, and Lu.
